El Clasico: Koeman to be without three key players in Barcelona against Real Madrid game

Barcelona boss, Ronald Koeman, will be without three  of his key players when his team  tackles Real Madrid in Sunday’s El Clasico.

According to Marca, the three players are Pedri, Ousmane Dembele and Ronald Araujo.

The trio will miss the El Clasico at Camp Nou due to injuries.

Koeman was hoping to have Pedri back for the El Clasico after he missed their game against Valencia and he is also expected to miss Barcelona’s Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Pedri had suffered a thigh injury ahead of the recent international break.

Dembele, on the other hand, is yet to make an appearance for Barcelona this season after sustaining a knee injury during France’s European Championship campaign in the summer.

Araujo was a casualty of the latest international break. The defender picked up the injury while playing for Uruguay in their World Cup qualifiers.
