Along with 2 months jail term, he was also fined €600 (£521) and is asked to pay €1,500 to cover court costs.
Aurier is expected to avoid time behind bars as his “convertible” sentence means he is more likely to do community service and pay a heftier fine.
This is not the first time the defender is involved in an off field drama. In an interview he described his team mate Di Maria as a clown, he also made derogatory remarks about his former manager. He was also suspended by UEFA
