The lyrics for Drake ’s One Dance featuring Nigerian megastar Wizkid is out on every major lyrics website and there’s a part in the song where he is quoted as speaking Yoruba.

At 00:20, Drake is quoted as saying “ Oti, oti, there’s never much love when we go OT ”

Genius.com annotated that part of the song as Drake saying Oti which means No in Yoruba, that is to say “ No, no, there’s never much love when we go out of town ”

As a Yoruba posting this, it does look like Drake meant Oti in Yoruba judging by the way he pronounced it. Exciting times.
