Follow and Adhere strictly to d below procedures
1. Get an Mtn sim (Old sim preferably)
2. Goto mesage Send “J12” to “142” (without quotes)
3. If u ar eligible u will
get a succes mesage, if nt u will get a Mesage saying “u ar not eligible”
