Popular media player VLC for Android have just received an update. The new update raises it to version 1.6, and it comes with the following major features:
- Improved internal decoding speed and interface speed.
- Reduced no. of needed permissions (KitKat users).
- 4k support and accelerated video playback speed.
- Cleaner UI with Material look.USB auto-detection and more.
For those that don’t know, VLC Media Player is a popular app for PC users. The Android version supports a wide range of video and audio files. VLC for Android could also serve as an audio player.
